To be eligible, the product(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact. During the reverse pickup process, all returned items must pass a quality inspection to complete the return or exchange.
To ensure a smooth process—especially in cases of missing, damaged, or incorrect items—we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the parcel. This video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, with all stickers and labels intact. Without video proof, we may not be able to process your return, exchange, or refund request.
Exchanges are allowed once per product and are subject to stock availability.
Please note that certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
Items purchased during clearance sales, BOGO offers, or brand collaborations
Products bought with exclusive discount codes or campaign-specific promotions
Any item offered with a free product.
For hygiene reasons, Boxers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund

Reverse Pickup Services
For your convenience, we offer a free reverse pickup service. Once scheduled, your order will receive up to two pickup attempts. To be eligible for an instant return or exchange, the product(s) must pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup.

Please ensure the following when self-shipping:
Securely pack the product(s) in original condition.
Mention your ORDER ID and registered mobile number clearly on the package.
Share the courier tracking number with our team for timely updates.
Refund for Self-Shipment: Once we receive the product(s) in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and it passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 24-72 hours. You will receive:
A full refund to your original payment method or bank account (for both Prepaid and COD orders).
An additional reimbursement of up to â‚ą100 towards your courier charges.
Note: We recommend using India Post – Speed Post for self-shipping, as it is reliable and has the widest delivery network in India.
Refunds
For Prepaid Orders
If you’ve placed a prepaid order, you can choose to receive your refund either to your original payment method or as wallet credits. Once the returned product(s) pass our quality check at the warehouse, we will initiate the refund process within 24–72 hours.
Refunds to your original payment method will be completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you choose wallet credits, the amount will be credited instantly after the product clears the quality check.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For cash on delivery orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3-5 working days.
Important Note:
If a purchase was made using wallet credits, any applicable refund upon return will be issued only as credits back to your FancyIndian Wallet.
These credits can be used for future purchases on our website or app and remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Cancellations/Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified (change number, address, product style or size) if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Contact us via WhatsApp or email us at support@fancyindian.com to request changes.
Defective/Damaged Product(s) or Parcel
If you receive a damaged, defective, used, incorrect item, or a product with missing tags, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue. Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged or Empty Parcel
If the parcel appears torn, tampered with, damaged, or empty, we request that you do not accept the delivery. In case you inadvertently receive an unrelated item or an empty package, please raise a support request within 48 hours of delivery.
To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. Ensure all labels, seals, and stickers are clearly visible in the video, as it will serve as proof in case of any disputes.

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), a cash handling fee of â‚ą100 will be charged per order. This fee covers the additional costs associated with cash payment processing.
There are no extra charges for prepaid orders made using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or any other prepaid method.
If payment is made via a third-party payment platform (such as cashback apps or wallets), and you do not receive payment confirmation or cashback updates, please contact the respective payment provider directly. FancyIndian is not liable for such issues.
For prepaid orders, if you receive a delivery confirmation (via SMS or email) but have not received the package, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
Refund coupon codes issued by FancyIndian are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Partial redemptions are not allowed.
